Using AgencyConnect

AgencyConnect is a client portal that helps you complete onboarding, review shared work, and communicate project details with your agency.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and only uploading files you have permission to share.

Portal content

Your agency may use the information you submit to configure services, prepare reports, and manage client work.

Contact your agency if you need to correct or remove information submitted through the portal.

Account responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

If you believe your portal account has been accessed without authorization, contact your agency promptly.

Availability

We aim to keep AgencyConnect reliable and available, but the portal may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or events outside our control.
